HOME USE:

Mist the skin with lukewarm water, then apply a small quantity of Marine Magnesium to desired areas of the body. Massage until completely absorbed. Recommended for all skin types. Can also be used for remineralizing bath soaks.

NOTE: If a tingling sensation is felt after the Marine Magnesium is applied, it is a sign of magnesium deficiency. This sensation will subside by misting the skin with water.
